What happensto your data— and what does not.

This website sets no cookies, uses no tracking and establishes no connections to third parties. What remains is set out here.

Courtesy translation. In case of any discrepancy the German version prevails and is the legally binding one: view the German version.

01

Controller

Controller for the processing of data on this website within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / RGPD):

02

No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies. It uses neither analytics nor tracking services, no advertising networks, no social media plugins and no embeds that evaluate your behaviour.

No data is stored in your browser either — neither in local storage nor in session storage. That is why there is deliberately no cookie banner here: there is simply nothing to consent to.

03

No external connections

When you open this page, no connections to third-party servers are established. Fonts, scripts and images are held entirely on the server of this website.

In particular, the Anton and IBM Plex typefaces are served locally and are not loaded from Google Fonts. Your IP address is therefore never transmitted to Google.

04

Server log files

When the website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically collects data that your browser transmits and that is technically necessary to deliver the page and ensure its operation:

  • the address requested and the date/time of access
  • the volume of data transferred and confirmation of successful access
  • browser type and version, operating system
  • IP address — exclusively in anonymised form

The host anonymises IP addresses as the log files are written: with IPv4 the last octet is replaced by a random value, with IPv6 the last 88 bits are anonymised. No reference to an individual can be derived from this.

The legal basis is art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — my legitimate interest in the secure and trouble-free operation of the website. This data is not combined with other sources.

The website is hosted with Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. The server is located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Your data therefore does not leave the European Union; no transfer to third countries takes place.

A data processing agreement under art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider. Log files are deleted automatically after seven days.

05

Contact form

If you submit the form on the contact page, your entries are transmitted to the server of this website and forwarded from there directly to me by email. No storage takes place on the server: there is no database and no filing of enquiries. After sending, the message remains solely in my mailbox.

The fields you fill in are transmitted: name, company, email address, telephone number, services requested, timeframe and your message. Only name, email and message are mandatory — everything else you may leave blank.

The legal basis is your consent under art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give by ticking the privacy line, together with art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual measures. You may withdraw your consent at any time without formality. I delete the message as soon as it is no longer required and no retention obligations stand in the way.

To guard against automated submissions, the form checks an additional field that is invisible to you and the time between page load and submission. Both happen on my own server; an external anti-spam service such as reCAPTCHA is not used, and no cookies are set for this purpose.

So the form cannot be misused to send bulk messages, the number of submissions is limited. To this end a non-reversible check value of your IP address is recorded on sending together with the time — not the IP address itself. This entry is deleted automatically after ten minutes and serves solely to prevent abuse. The legal basis is art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

06

Your rights

At any time you have the right to:

  • access to the data stored about you (art. 15 GDPR)
  • rectification of inaccurate data (art. 16 GDPR)
  • erasure (art. 17 GDPR) and restriction of processing (art. 18 GDPR)
  • data portability (art. 20 GDPR)
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests (art. 21 GDPR)

An informal email to hallo@web4pros.com is enough.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Spanish data protection authority Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid. You may also contact the supervisory authority of your habitual residence.

07

Encryption

This website is delivered over HTTPS. The connection between your browser and the server is therefore encrypted; you can recognise this by the padlock symbol in the address bar.
